Yes Rod said he used to groom for Arietta Hotel and I believe Deb said her Mom or Gmom owned it. What time are you headed over to Oxbow Sat.? Working Sat. so we’ll swing by camp on the way over in the afternoon.

All trails are dragged and most holes are filled in . One bad one before Mt. Home Rd . Ok. to Mosquito hill. Thanks General & Mikey. SxS is still in the barn with no key and the drag buried under snow. Hopefully can get to use it this weekend

Rode Tues.13th from camp to Evergreen and across to the Panther Mt. Stream . Didn’t like the look of it so turned around and went towards town. Not to bad till we got to junt.114 from there on some bad washouts. Turned around at Mt. Home Rd and headed back home. Trail to Sheriff Lk turnaround ( Arietta trailhead ) has some major washouts on it also. Haven’t been to Mosquito Hill since last report . Waiting for the ok to start using the sxs. Check town website for more info.

Just sled tracks as far as I could tell . I guess Ohio got a new Side xSide so maybe they will use that to go from Buck Pt. to the hill. No sign of Arietta at the upper turn.

Happy New Year Ron & Ftroopers. All the trails are open and semi groomed. Having equip. problems. Was to Mosquito hill Sat. and it’s in pretty good shape with tracks going into Ohio. Did Sheriffs & Evergreen Sun . Tracks xing Evergreen and the General was the 1st to x on Dec. 26! Again ride lks. at your own risk but you probably know Evergreen better than anyone ( except the General). Maybe see you at the Oxbow Fri. Icicle Al

Good seeing you Derrie and the Ftroopers. Did to Jones Rd Sun. and was surprised at how few riders were out. Got to Mosq. Hill yesterday took drags to about 2 miles from it but had to drop them . Snow was deep and we never made it back to the barn till 6: 30. Hurrell Vly was fine the dam must have broke . We didn’t go down to Mosq. Lk. so I can’t vouch for the ice thickness should be back soon and will take an auger to check the ice thickness. New trail is just waiting for state to put up xing signs for offical opening. Planning on riding Fri. will stop by camp if your there or maybe see you at the Oxbow. Icicleal

The reason that section of trail is still closed is we’re waiting for the state to move the snowmobile x signs. The new trail goes up Gag,s driveway to Rt. 8 .and then across Rt. 8 to French Rd and picks up the old trail there. Thanks to the Gagliano’s they saved the trail. It will be a lot better ride than the old way. The loggers are back in below Junt. 114 to Rt.8 It was a mess Tues. hope they get done quick. Went to Hurrell Vly and it didn’t look flooded. I didn’t x it though should snowshoe it first. Should be back out this weekend. Icicleal

I’ve been to the Upper Morehouse / Arietta turn around and it was passable last Tues. but that was before the rain and thaw. We cut C4 out in late Sept. and it’s good to the sign in box . There are some reroutes down past Erb rd. New land owners and we need to take it easy through there. Should have signs up. Now the 800lb gorilla. Mosq Hill. Water at Bochen Lk, Hurrell Vly and a lake below the hill and still blowdowns between Hurrell and Mosq. Hill. Everything is on hold now, will keep u posted. Does any know if Hamilton County has a trail coordinator? Merry Christmas to all
