Trail is still closed from the flow to Rt.8. Most of what Ron posted is what we’ve been told . C4 from the town barn to Jones Rd. is open and been broke and flat dragged. Still some nasty wet spots though. Wife and I rode to Sheriff Lk turn yesterday and it was pretty wet also. Needs to be dragged. Should have a Skandic on the Upper Morehouse end soon. Been down to the sigh in box but not to Evergreen yet Going back Thurs. and will at least break thru to Evergreen so you can at ride a loop around from Evergreen to Sheriff Lk to Powley and Oxbow Inn. Didn’t look like Arietta had been thru to Sheriff Lk. turn. Now Mossq. Hill.( Beavers City) anyone need a hat and coat? Bochen , Hurrell Vly and the lake at the bottom of the hill. Be aware that Hurrel was flooded so if you attempt to x it now not a good idea. We’re working on these problems so hopelully there will be a reroute soon. Will try to keep you posted

We rode down Evergreen Sunday to the barrier. by the registration booth. Why is the barrier still up.? We turned around and went back. We had dinner with Glen and Martha M. Saturday night at the Bow. He was at the town meeting and said we could use the Gags drive way from down by the flow up to Rte. 8 then along the highway to the trail for this year. Only a couple of hundred feet, right. ? Is there still a problem? I see some sleds are going around the barrier.
I knew better than to try the upper Morehouse to Arietta’s trails. They have not been out yet this year. You have a couple of persistent mud holes that ever year the Adk. muck does not want to freeze from the G Lake Rd. in about 1/4 mile. Over all the trails thru Morehouse to here were good.
    Thanks a bunch.

The reason that section of trail is still closed is we’re waiting for the state to move the snowmobile x signs. The new trail goes up Gag,s driveway to Rt. 8 .and then across Rt. 8 to French Rd and picks up the old trail there. Thanks to the Gagliano’s they saved the trail. It will be a lot better ride than the old way. The loggers are back in below Junt. 114 to Rt.8 It was a mess Tues. hope they get done quick. Went to Hurrell Vly and it didn’t look flooded. I didn’t x it though should snowshoe it first. Should be back out this weekend. Icicleal

Thanks to all you guys in Morehouse. I will personally thank Joe when I see him or Joe Jr. to pass on to his dad. You folks got a drink on me & Derrie next time I see you in the Bow or the Ohio Tavern. I figured this was going to be the only way out of the mess this greedy guy caused.
Thanks again from all the riders out there.

Met you and Wayner on the trail ( grooming ) Trails thru Morehouse were great to the town barn. You got tore up from the barn to the county line when we came back that night.
Stopped to see Harry ( Joe Gag ) and thanked him for allowing us to use his drive way. PS Nothing wrong with trail along Rt 8. We used to use this route to get to Wild Bill’s years ago.
Forgot to ask you if you got to Mosquito Hill yet and what its like. On facebook Ohio said they got into the Hill from their end but that might have been before the thaw. Have not heard from anyone that tried it yet.
