Something to watch around November 8/9: EPS and other ensemble modelology are suggesting a strong Arctic High (H) displacing a polar airmass around the Polar Vortex (PV) into northeastern United States.Climo max/min for Indian Lake, NY is 43*F/26*F by this time frame. So don't expect this to pack the same punch as it would in December.BUT.... After unseasonable warmth for Halloween and another warm-up next week, this would be a dramatic switch to MUCH COLDER.
