Looks like it is over for these clubs in the southern areas of the Adk’s. My friend lives on Piseco Lake sez the ice has melted away from shore for 6 ft and probably the Oxbow and Spy lakes to follow . The Salisbury Club has closed their kitchen, but I dont know about the bar. Darin sez the Pleasant Riders said that the Powley Rd is still open for you die hards to get a couple of last rides in. Got to be a couple of bare spots here and there. If we get the rain predicted bare spots for sure.
The Oxbow Inn is closing till May this coming Friday for kick the keg and what food is left over day. Burgers and tube steaks. I’ll be there for the last hurrah by car for sure.
Looking forward to black fly season then deer fly season
