The Indian Lake Chamber of Commerce ride to Speculator scheduled for Tuesday, February 17th at 10:00am is still on! Ride time temperature should be about 5*F with an afternoon high temperature expected to be around 15*F accompanied by little wind.
Meet us at the Benton Road parking lot at 10:00am between the ballfield and town garage. Or you can meet us for lunch at the Acorn Pub and Eatery @ Oak Mountain around noon.
With the bitter cold and wind, I haven’t bothered riding the past few days, but I hear the trail conditions were generally good over the weekend. The snow pack is still plenty deep, easily 2-3+ feet “in the woods.” I’m getting antsy to ride, so I’ll be answering the call tomorrow. 🙂
