Ride Clean NY Needs Us!

Wilder Performance

Ride Clean New York is an organization seeking 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit status in New York State this year. This group was formed after Paul A Prill IV was tragically killed by an out of control drunk snowmobiler on Indian Lake last winter. The following weekend his surviving son, Kyle Prill organized a memorial for his dad and drew over 100 friends, fellow riders and law enforcement to Indian Lake. Ride Clean New York was born out of this event.

Ride Clean New York supports zero alcohol while riding a snowmobile in New York State due to the unique nature and power of a snowmobile demanding perfect concentration and coordination to keep yourself and others safe.
The start up cost for not-for-profit status, literature, stickers, and educational materials and more will cost thousands of dollars. Ride Clean New York is seeking our help to offset these costs. Our long term goal is to create educational programs to deter any alcohol use while riding a snowmobile, influence public policy to create tougher penalties and criminal charges for alcohol use on the trails, and create a network of checkpoints throughout the state to monitor for drunken operation of a sled.Curtailing the alcoholic sub-culture of snowmobiling will take years and we must start RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW! Let’s prevent senseless tragedies by:

  • ALWAYS riding sober (ZERO alcohol)
  • Financially contributing to Ride Clean New York by following the link to our fund raising platform: Support Ride Clean NY. From there, you can pledge your financial support via credit card or Paypal.
  • Spreading the word to ALL of your snowmobiling friends

Follow Ride Clean New York on our Facebook page or contact us directly at: ridecleanny@gmail.com

Thank you for joining us. Together, we will make New York Snowmobiling safer for us and the next generation of riders.Darrin @ ilsnow.com
