Snow Conditions for 11/26/12

I woke up to an inch of snow this morning at the ilsnow.com storm center in Indian Lake. Inlet had a report of 5 inches and the Speculator area web cams were showing about 2-3 inches. The forecast is looking good for cold weather and additional minor snows through the week.

It’s probably a safe bet to assume that places like Powley Road, Perkins Clearing and Moose River Plains scored at least several inches of snow, but there is absolutely no base under the fluff. Remember that snowmobiling on State land is not permitted until the conclusion of big game hunting season on December 2nd.
